When did Barrett’s Showplace become Madison Garden Center?

• In the spring off 2022 when the Barrett family sold the business to Matt Carpenter our legal name became Madison Garden Center, LLC. Ever since, we have been slowly merging all of our accounts, marketing material, etc. over to the new name and in 2025 we will complete the final shift to Madison Garden Center & Flower Shop.

Do you still accept Barrett’s gift cards?

• Yes, we do!

Do you offer delivery?

• Yes! We can deliver locally for an additional fee.

Can I special order plants or products you don’t have in stock?

• Potentially. Touch base with the manager of the department you are shopping in to see if the product you are looking for is something that we are able to order in.

Do you offer advice on plant care or landscaping?

• Of course! We are happy to help diagnose any plant issues and give advice on how to best care for your plants.

Do you offer warranties or guarantees on plants?

• MGC will issue a nursery credit for a percentage of the original purchase price when presented with the original register receipt and the failed item.
• Current growing season warranty: valid until November 30th of year of purchase. 100% warranty for trees, shrubs, evergreens, and perennials.
• First winter warranty: Valid until June 15th of year after purchase. 50% warranty for trees, shrubs, and evergreens. (Not valid on perennials, grasses, ground covers, vines, or annuals). Items not warrantied: house plants, tropical plants, annuals, and items purchased elsewhere and losses due to freak acts of nature.
• No cash refunds will be given for plant warranties. Some items have special growing requirements in our zone, please follow the planting guide instructions to keep the warranty valid.

Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?

• Our Leaf Loot Loyalty program is free to join and allows you to earn 1 point for every dollar purchased. You will earn a $5 reward for every 100 points accumulated. Additional terms apply, ask for more details at check out.
