Valid until November 30th of year of purchase

100% warranty for: Trees, Shrubs, Evergreens and Perennials

First Winter Warranty:

Valid until June 15th of year after purchase

50% warranty for: Trees, Shrubs and Evergreens

**ITEMS NOT COVERED: Perennials, Grasses, Ground Covers, Vines, Annuals

ITEMS NOT WARRANTIED: House plants, Tropical plants and items purchased elsewhere and losses due to freak acts of nature.
